Bread Pudding

Aunt Vie’s Product Used: Vanilla
Prep Time: 10 mins | Bake Time: 45 mins | Servings: 6–8

Quick Recipe:

  1. Tear 4–5 cups of stale bread and place in a greased baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, whisk 2 cups milk, 2 eggs, ½ cup sugar, 1½ tsp Aunt Vie’s Vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.

  3. Stir in ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.

  4. Pour mixture over bread and let soak for 10–15 minutes.

  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.

  6. Optional: Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top while warm.
