Aunt Vie’s Products Used: Vinegar, Lime Juice

Quick Recipe:

  1. Clean and season snapper with salt, pepper, and Aunt Vie’s Lime Juice.

  2. Fry until golden and crisp.

  3. Sauté carrots, onions, peppers, and scotch bonnet.

  4. Add ½ cup Aunt Vie’s Vinegar, 2 tbsp Lime Juice, sugar, and salt. Simmer 3 mins.

  5. Pour over fish and serve hot or chilled.
